Crispy Garlic Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

• 1 lb shrimp

• 1 cup panko crumbs

• 1 egg

• 1 cup cooked rice

• Chopped cucumber + tomato

• ½ cup garlic sauce

• Lemon


Instructions

1. Dip shrimp in egg, coat in panko.

2. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 mins (or air fry).

3. Build bowl: rice → veggies → shrimp.

4. Drizzle generously with garlic sauce.
