We take pride in the quality of our garlic sauces and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Food product policy

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened items

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was on our end.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
